Obesity the main problem among all age group of people, caused by some major factors like heredity, hormonal changes, depression, over eating, eating more junk foods, lack of body exercise, ideal state of both mind and body, diabetics, over intake of medicines, etc.. In women mind swing happens mainly showing a great reflection during hormonal changes, menstrual cycle, menopause etc.. Aging causes weight gain in women which is one of the main menopause symptoms. Balanced diet has to be followed including fresh fruits and vegetables with nuts and dairy products to maintain a good health.
