Help with weight loss ,need help with the last wee bit?

Ive lost nearly 3 stone 2date and have now been stuck at the same weight for about 2 months. How can i loss that last stone b4 my holidays in 5 weeks.
ITS THE NEW DIET PLAN....DONT EAT!!!!

Have you been doing a lot of exercise – if not, a good fitness regime should help you lose those last few pounds. Well done on what you’ve done so far though!

change up your routine. Your body has most likely gotten used to the routine you are on and is currently trying to stop you from losing weight.
try changing around your work out plan and eating schedules. This will help you lose that last bit of weight before the holidays.

you’ve hit the platau! annoying isnt it. you need to shock your body. completely change your exercise routine. do something totally different. your body eventually gets used to what your doing and adjusts accordingly. if you change it then it shocks it, and should give you the final shift. they say the last stone is the hardest to loose. i’m sure you look great already tho after losing three stone.

Try mixing up your exercise routine. Your body becomes accustomed to a specific routine – so if you run in the morning, try running in the evening instead, or riding a bike instead.

Change, change, change. like someone said before me.. your body has prob.gotten used to your routine by now, so change it up for max. weight loss… otherwise your body will hold on to that last fat that you want to get rid of.

hmmm u should drink green tea (its nassty but it works), grapefruit is also good. he best solution is exsersize. i go ice skating every week n itz fun n healthy. or u can go shopping, itz good exersize xD u hav to wakl to all da stores n eerything xD i perfer shopping xD u shouldnt eat dinner too late n u should always eat breakfast =] i suggest that u shouldnt go to mc donalds or any fast food…hope this will help =]

Try to lose weight for you, not just the holiday. Focus on the positive, you have already acieved a weight loss of 3 stone, you look great!!
A stone in 5 weeks is a little unrealistic, maybe half a stone would be a better target. Up your excericise an extra 10 mins and reduce your calories by 100 a day.

If you’re sure that you’re stuck…you can move on to a stricter diet or stricter weight loss schedule. Pick up a fast moving sport like basketball or rollerblading. You’ll be fine.

try biking although it is not the safest activity, when i started the pounds fell off. alternatively cut off a limb.
